Important Boundaries and Site-Specific Jet Ski Guidelines:

Turnip Rock

Turnip Rock & Other Rock Formations

You are allowed to drive up close to Turnip Rock. A boundary is marked on the jet ski’s GPS showing where to stop.

Maintain SLOW NO WAKE speeds when near kayakers.

Do not exit the jet ski near or around Turnip Rock. Staying on the jet ski at all times is mandatory.

Port Austin Lighthouse

Jet ski access to the lighthouse is allowed, but climbing onto the structure is strictly prohibited—it is private property

A large, shallow reef stretches from the lighthouse to the shore—this area is restricted and marked on your GPS.

Approach from the south and west side only.

Do not circle around it.
Port Crescent State Park

Port Crescent State Park Day Use

Feel free to stop and enjoy the sandy beaches here. You may get off your jet ski in the designated GPS-marked area.

As you approach the sandbar, turn off your jet ski to avoid sucking sand or rocks into the machine.

Note: Entering the Pinnebog River by jet ski is prohibited.
